Feedback on instructor Allie Rae. "This is one of the weakest spin classes offered. Musicality is off, all songs have similar, unenthusiastic pace, instruction isn't strong, and there is no energy. Attendance is low, and the 6am spin time could use a revamp and inspiration. Not up to Tru par."

This was very distracting and made me feel uncomfortable with the camera being pointed at me as well. With all this being said, I just want the no phone zone rule to be enforced in classes. Thank you so much."

Critical Instructor Issue
Instructor Angelica Rubio received critical feedback: "Absolutely not. Avoid. It’s so bad I laughed the entire time. The woman teaching the class kept screaming lock it lock it! You’re not doing shit. It’s not beginner friendly. To top it off the instructor kept saying that the machine sucked. I think it was her first time. At the end of the class she only said “they need to do a better job separating the classes by skill level” I paid $40 to get verbally abused when I get it for free at work. This is so crazy 🤣"

Consistency and Mold
"As a day one trufusion member of almost 11 years ago…the consistency of instructor has changed quite a bit. I know cycle was introduced later but as a former athlete and instructor, it’s simply just inconsistent to the brand identity, which just loses authenticity and brand belonging."
Instructor Christian Modelo's KettleBooty class had clients complaining of the moldy smell: “The pads required for the class smelled so bad. It smells moldy and it was so bad it transferred on my mat and self. The workout was not engaging with music or creative.”
